South Vancouver Bus Route Changes

As of Monday, June 27, 2016 changes are being made to the bus routes 26 and the 49 to improve service reliability, decrease overcrowding and improve direct connections to key destinations while maintaining access to Champlain Heights. What are the changes? The 49 Metrotown/Dunbar Loop/UBC now continues along 49th Avenue between Kerr and Tyne streets and service on 54th Avenue is discontinued. The 26 Joyce Station/29th Avenue Station reroutes to travel on Tyne and Arlington streets, maintaining access to Champlain Heights.
